Preparation

The first thing to do is to put the canola oil into the pot and set it to the saute function. Wait until the oil is ready and brown the beef in batches. Next, add the beef broth to the mixture and also add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar whilst stirring. Then it is time to securely close the lid and cook the contents on high pressure for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes is up, make sure to do a quick pressure release then add both the cornstarch and the water, stirring until appearing smooth. Then select the saute setting once again and add both the broccoli and mushrooms. Close the lid of the instant pot and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Your meal is now ready, sit back and enjoy!
