Firstly season the beef with a little salt/black pepper, then place the beef into the instant pot accompanied with the olive oil and select the saute setting.   • ½ tbsp of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)

  • 1 to 1 ½ pound of pork loin
  • ½ to 1 cup of water

To start, season the pork loin a little with a touch of garlic and some salt/black pepper. Give the pork a quick splash of olive oil and place the trivet into the instant pot, adding water. Then place the pork into the trivet and securely close the lid. Make sure to set the instant pot to manual and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Once finished, carefully release the pressure naturally. Then get ready to tuck in!

3.  Instant Pot Beef with Broccoli and Mushrooms –

  • 2 tbsp of sesame oil
  • 8 oz of mushrooms
  • 1 pound of broccoli (florets)
  • 2 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp of water

The first thing to do is to put the canola oil into the pot and set it to the saute function. Wait until the oil is ready and brown the beef in batches. Next, add the beef broth to the mixture and also add sesame oil, soy sauce, garlic, and brown sugar whilst stirring. Then it is time to securely close the lid and cook the contents on high pressure for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes is up, make sure to do a quick pressure release then add both the cornstarch and the water, stirring until appearing smooth. Then select the saute setting once again and add both the broccoli and mushrooms. Close the lid of the instant pot and cook for a further 3-4 minutes. Your meal is now ready, sit back and enjoy!
